What is Guide N Grow HER?

Girl Scout Gold Award Guide N’ Grow HER is a Mentorship program by women, for women – meant to benefit girls who may not have the financial capability or funds to get the resources they need to be successful. With the options of finding mentors in many different areas, girls can get mentorship in a field of their choice, ranging from college help to future careers. We aim to get girls the mentorship and tools they need to lead a confident and successful future!

Our Goals:

  • To impact as many girls as possible
  • Give girls a free and accessible way to get resources
  • To offer mentors in over 20 categories/fields
  • To help girls network and create meaningful professional relationships

A Message From our CEO

Hi! My name is Avni and I’m the founder of Guide N Grow – my Girl Scout Gold Award Project. However, I hope that over time, it will grow into so much more! I created Guide N Grow with the hope of impacting hundreds of young girls and giving them the confidence they need to be successful in life and to pursue any path they wish to. I firmly believe that with the right guidance, anything is achievable, and I hope that Guide N Grow HER can help girls with exactly that.
